Company Team-Building Events

Lead Remodeler/Lead Construction Technician
Our Lead Construction Technicians are responsible for leading and completing projects and typically have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on residential remodeling experience. They possess multiple skillsets enabling them to complete a variety of projects from remodels to handyman repairs. Their soft skills include attention to detail, troubleshooting, problem solving, communication, quality assurance, and budgeting. They are responsible for leading team members and ensuring projects are completed within budget, on-time, and following company quality and safety standards. Most importantly, they ensure our clients’ expectations are exceeded with every project.


Remodeler/Construction Technician
Our Construction Technicians assistant our Lead Technicians with the completion of projects and typically have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on residential remodeling experience. They have emerging skills in a variety of areas within residential remodeling. Their soft skills include attention to detail, problem solving, communication, and quality assurance. They are responsible for helping Leads ensure projects are completed to our quality standards and that, most importantly, our clients’ expectations are exceeded with every project.


Requirements for All Technician Positions
Requirements for all positions include a valid driver’s license, the ability to speak English fluently, reliable transportation, clean background and driving records, your own tools, and the ability to climb 24’ ladders and lift and carry a minimum of 75 lbs.

Skill-specific experience should include a minimum of three (3) of the following areas: Carpentry, Painting, Drywall, Tile, Flooring, Cabinetry, Door & Window Installation, Minor Plumbing & Electrical, and Handyman/General Home Repairs.
